Russian Mosin Nagant M44 in very good condition. 

 

The bore is a bright and the rifling is very good.  The barrel has not been counter bored. All parts match. The magazine housing is re-stamped with the correct serial number. The rifle and its parts are stamped with the Izzy arsenal markings. The receiver ring is stamped with the Izhevsk arsenal mark and dated 1944. Not counter bored. The bayonet is the early Type 1 style.

 
 
Furniture Condition: No cracks and the wood furniture possesses the normal wear and tear dings. It does look like the stock has a couple Arsenal repairs. See photos.
 
 
Metal Condition:  Overall bluing is estimated at 90%.
